What students say...

I would never have considered myself to be an arty person, but I have been nurtured by Rae at the pot club, and encouraged by my lovely, friendly fellow potters, so that I am now creating work that exceeds my expectations. I have such fun here. All of the other artists that have studio space at Assembly Arts are also very friendly and encouraging. Lancaster is privileged to have such a creative venue."

Kath, Intermediate ceramics

Attending classes at Assembly Arts on a very regular basis has, and continues to be, a wonderfully creative environment to develop and build skills under excellent guidance. I feel my skills have grown from being a complete novice with no previous experience to now feeling competent and confident to try to make a wide range of different things. The most important aspects for me is that I thoroughly enjoy the weekly sessions and am proud/pleased with what I have produced....in addition to the support and camaraderie. It's a real treat to be part of the group.
